We are almost done with a slightly new format of the World Kidney Day website!

Very soon you will be able to access shortened versions of the main website in 5 languages. We created these pages to cater for different languages in the hope to reach more and more people. The main topic of the 2018 campaign, how to get involved, resources downloads and instructions on how to pin your WKD event are all part of the new pages.

Keep an eye on the WKD website to discover the new pages and new content that will be released soon.

WKD Social Media

A lot of fun and educational content gets posted on our social media every day. If you don’t want to miss out, then make sure to follow us on FacebookTwitter and Instagram

For example, did you know when the first kidney was transplanted? Have you thought about the fact that women tend more often to donate kidneys and are less likely to receive them? A lot more interesting information and explanations can be found on our Social Media pages.

We are also excited to tell you that we have a number of interviews scheduled for our monthly blog, so keep an eye out for blog updates! If you have a story related to kidneys that you would like to share, contact Anastasia at anastasia@worldkidneyday.org

Pin your event!

World Kidney Day 2018 is only three months away! Are you organizing an event for March 8, 2018? Do you want to share it with your community? Make sure to pin your event to our interactive map. Please, allow a few days for approval. We are looking forward to seeing the map being filled with new pins.

We hope you will join us again this year!

If you have any questions or feedback, please contact Agnese at agnese@worldkidneyday.org
